Aldi's baby and toddler Event

Thursday  28th of February will see the start of Aldi's baby and toddler event with lots of products on special offer but don't hang around because once they are gone they are gone.

I was sent a couple of the many products that will be available to review.

Tommee Tippee First Cup:

Both my boys have used this as their first cup. The flip up spout allows liquid to free flow and the handles are chunky enough for little hands to grip.

 First cup
Sturdily made the cup also has the benefit of showing measurement markings too. We have also used this as a transition to a beaker with little man by removing the lid.
Griptight Flexi Folding Bib:

The Griptight silicone bib has an easy hole press fastening to secure around baby. The bib is soft and easy to wipe clean and can be rolled for storage.

Folding bib
The front of the bib has a large crumb catcher which is ideal for when the little ones feed themselves.

Mother's day books

With Mother's day just around the corner Little Tiger Press have released some lovely mummy orientated children's books

Just Like my Mummy:

This book is all about cute little animals and their mummies. Each page is beautifully illustrated with a different touch and feel animal and has accompanying rhyming lyrics.

Touch and Feel book

Cute little mother and baby animals
What we liked about this book was the beautifully detailed touch and feel animals and the depth of detail to the illustrations. Each page has its own page finder which allows the book to be opened to that specific animal which the little man likes and the book is sturdy enough to handle the attention of  my little ones.

Me and My Mum:

This is an adorable story about little bear and her love for her cub which shines throughout this rhyming tale. Packed full of softly drawn illustrations this is a real heart warmer.

This book shows how little cub looks up to his mum and how much they love each other and this really shows through all their little activities.

A perfect bedtime story.

To Mum with Love:

This cute fabric polka dot covered book is full of pretty drawings and little sayings to tell mum how special she is and the love and support she gives.

The book also has an attached heart shape book mark to page save or reference you favourite sayings at quick glance.

This book would make an ideal  Mother's day gift

My Valentine's wish list

When i saw John Greed were running a little blogger challenge, i thought why not give it a go. So i have put together my very own little valentine's wish list.

The theme for my list is some of my loves.

Pandora Pave Heart: I am a fan of sparkle and this is one of my favourite charms and the heart represents both my family love and my love of the Pandora collection

Butterfly Earings: Butterflies as the boy's favourite story is the hungry caterpillar. I am sure they will recognise these, mummy loves butterflies they are so pretty.

Pandora baby boy bracelet: I have two beautiful little boys so this would be the perfect bracelet to represent me.

Amesthyst studs: Purple is my favourite colour, these are stunningly simple. I need new earings as the tiny man pulled at the last pair and they broke.

Pandora Home charm: A perfect addition to my collection this signifies my love of home and my family

The Essential One

Back in November we were privileged to be part of the Essential One's new season's model shoot.  Tiny was in his element smiling away whilst I got a sneaky preview of the upcoming range. Suffice to say i had plenty of favourites!

Now it's no secret that i adore baby sleepsuits and the Essential One have not only a fantastic collection they are also super soft and wash really well.

Tiny was sent a selection of sleepsuits which arrived in a matching drawstring bag ( A lovely little touch that comes with each pack of sleepsuits)

Perfect for storage
The detailing on the sleepsuits is adorable

Out in the snow

Your first time out in the snow little man, not sure you really knew what to make of it all. After taking your first steps out it to the snow, you looked around thinking you were stuck asking to be carried.

Interflora My Creation

Being a huge fan of unique gifts when offered the opportunity to review Interflora's new online tool i jumped at the chance. My Interflora creation is a easy and visual way of creating a bespoke bouquet from a wide selection of flowers, foliage and  accessories.

On starting My Interflora Creation i found the handy hints and tips provided me with useful information on getting started. Designing the bouquet is really easy, as you simply drag and drop the blooms of your choice and watch as your bouquet takes shape.

I had a good play with the creation tool, and loved the fact that there are different options that enable you to create your masterpiece. Being able to select flowers by colour, name and meaning really added to the creation experience.

Each bloom is priced so that you can see the total as your customise your selection, which is handy if you are working to a budget.

Once you have created a bouquet you are able to save to a personal gallery, share to social media outlets and send to Interflora to replicate your design.

I created several different bouquets in varying colours, and styles i also used both the the handtied bouquets and those in vases.

One of my creations
The Bouquet i selected to create
I selected my creation of white and yellow roses and lillies to be created. You can select from your personal gallery or on your current creation to purchase a bouquet. The process is really slick allowing you to choose either collection from an Interflora florist or delivered to to an address, add personalised messages and finalise your purchase
Choosing to collect my creation from our local florists i was eager to see how my bouquet had been replicated. I was over the moon, the online image looked great and the created bouquet was beautiful, complete with all blooms requested and my personalised message.
